> What is actually in the building, and why each capability changes the downtime number.

Work is performed at a Yorba Linda facility with structural, refinish, fabrication and upfit capability under one roof. The equipment matters to a fleet for one reason: each capability that is missing from a shop becomes a transport, a second queue and additional days a unit is not earning.

## Structural capability

A frame bench with anchoring and three dimensional measuring is what separates a shop that can repair structural damage from a shop that can only replace panels. On a commercial unit that distinction matters more than on a car, because a box truck rear frame or a service body mounting point carries load every day.

Measuring against a reference before refinish rather than after is the discipline that prevents a repeat visit. A correctly colour matched panel on a frame that is out of tolerance will show up again in the panel gaps within weeks.

## Refinish capability

A downdraft booth with controlled temperature and a bake cycle is what allows a full unit to be shot rather than a panel at a time. On a fleet colour that spans a group of units, consistency across the group is the actual requirement, and it is not achievable panel by panel in an open bay.

Fleet colour standards get recorded so a unit refinished this year matches one refinished two years ago. Production batch variance is real, and matching to a stored standard rather than to the adjacent panel is what keeps a fleet looking like a fleet.

- Downdraft booth with controlled temperature and bake cycle
- Fleet colour standards recorded and matched against, not eyeballed
- Corrected lighting for colour and texture inspection at release
- Low volatile organic compound systems meeting California air quality rules

## Fabrication and upfit

Commercial units routinely need structures that no parts catalog covers: a compartment door for a discontinued service body, a mounting bracket for equipment the original builder never anticipated, a headache rack for a specific rail spacing.

Fabrication capacity is why those jobs get done here rather than being declined or subcontracted. A dedicated upfit bay with fixed lifting equipment is why a liftgate or a service body can be mounted correctly to a frame rail rather than approximately.

## Scale

The building is a 35,000 square foot facility operated by OCRV Center, which has run at this Yorba Linda address since 1989. Throughput across the whole operation runs 50 to 150 units per month, a figure that describes OCRV Center rather than this division alone.

Scale matters to a fleet for one specific reason: bay availability. A shop running at capacity schedules a unit weeks out. Physical room is what makes a staged multi unit sequence possible rather than theoretical.

## Questions

### Where is the facility

At 23281 E La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. That is roughly 17 miles from Santa Ana, about 22 to 35 minutes via SR-55 north to SR-91 east. There is no Santa Ana location and this site does not claim one.

### How large is the shop

The building is a 35,000 square foot facility operated by OCRV Center. Throughput of 50 to 150 units per month likewise describes the OCRV Center operation as a whole rather than this division in isolation.

### Can I tour the facility

Yes, arranged in advance. Fleet operators considering a multi unit programme or a refleet are welcome to walk the shop and see the structural bay, the booth and the upfit area before committing units. Call ahead so someone is available rather than arriving unannounced.

### Are there photographs of the shop

Not yet on this site. Rather than filling the pages with stock photography of a building that is not ours, the media section is being built with photographs of actual work in this facility. What is published here describes real capability that can be verified in person.
