Why Choose Us, Fleet Services OCRV
The case for this shop rests on three things: published pricing a fleet can budget against, structural, refinish and equipment install capability under one roof so a unit is not transported between vendors, and scheduling that sequences multi unit work against route coverage. For a single bumper cover, a closer shop may be the better call.

Published pricing, which nobody else does
Labor rates, material rates, parts markup tiers, deposit terms and a price range for every service are published on this site. A survey of the commercial fleet shops serving this market found none publishing a labor rate, a price range or a turnaround band.
That matters practically rather than philosophically. A fleet manager building a maintenance budget has to put a number in a spreadsheet in October for work that will happen in March. A shop that will not quote until the unit is on the hoist cannot be planned around.

One roof, which is a downtime argument not a convenience one
Structural work needs a frame bench with anchoring and measuring. Refinish needs a downdraft booth with a controlled bake cycle. Equipment install needs fixed lifting equipment and fabrication capability. Most shops have one or two of the three.
When a shop has one, the unit gets transported to a second vendor, joins a second queue, and gets transported again. The repair time looks similar on paper. The downtime figure quietly doubles, and the fleet is the only party paying for it.
- Frame bench with anchoring and three dimensional measuring
- Downdraft booth with controlled temperature and bake cycle
- Dedicated bay for liftgate, service body and shelving installs
- Fabrication capacity for structures no parts catalog covers

Scheduling built for fleets
A yard incident that damages four units is a scheduling problem, not four repair problems. Sending all four means losing all four the same week. Assessing all four up front, ordering the parts together, and sequencing them against route coverage means losing one at a time.
That is a different intake process, not just a friendlier attitude. It requires accepting a unit count, a unit list, a carrier and claim reference and a purchase order at the point of first contact, which is why the quote form has those fields.

Where a closer shop wins
If a unit needs a bumper cover, a mirror, a single panel or a decal set, the 17 mile drive from Santa Ana may not be worth it. Light cosmetic work is well within the capability of a competent general body shop, and the transport time is a meaningful share of the total.
The argument for driving here strengthens as the work gets more structural, more multi vendor, or more multi unit. It is worth being straightforward about that, because a shop that claims to be the right answer to every question is not a useful source of advice.
FAQ Questions
Why Choose Us questions
Why should I drive past closer shops
For structural, refinish or equipment install work, because completing it in one place removes the second and third transport that a single capability shop requires. For light cosmetic work on one unit, a closer shop is often the better call and it is worth saying so.
What makes fleet work different from regular collision repair
The buyer, the documentation and the schedule. A fleet job typically involves multiple units, an operations manager, a finance approver, a carrier, a purchase order and a route schedule that cannot absorb every unit being gone at once. Estimating and scheduling have to be built for that.
Do you handle insurance claims
Yes, billed direct to the carrier on most collision work. The scope is written with photo documentation and manufacturer procedure references attached at first submission, which is what shortens the supplement conversation rather than extending it across several rounds.
What if I only have one unit
Single units are welcome. The multi unit handling exists because fleets frequently have multi unit incidents, not because a single unit is treated as less important. The same published rates and the same turnaround bands apply either way.

Put a unit on the schedule
Send the unit number, the damage, and a few photos. You get a written scope and a price band back, not a sales call.
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Estimates are scheduled, not walk up.
