Accessibility Statement
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every text and interface colour pair is validated to AA contrast at build time, all content and navigation remain reachable with JavaScript disabled, and every interactive control is operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator.

Conformance target
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That target is enforced rather than asserted: the build fails if any text or interface colour pair drops below the required contrast ratio, and automated accessibility checks run against the rendered pages on every change.
Automated testing does not prove conformance on its own. Keyboard operation, screen reader output, zoom to two hundred percent, and reflow at narrow widths are checked manually against the page templates.

What has been implemented
Content is built from semantic HTML with a single heading one per page and a heading order that never skips a level. Landmarks are present on every template, and a skip link is the first focusable element.
- Visible focus indicator on every interactive control, never removed
- Touch targets of at least forty eight by forty eight pixels
- Wide data tables scroll inside their own container so the page never scrolls sideways
- Accordions built on native disclosure elements, so they work without JavaScript and expand when printed
- Form fields with associated labels, programmatic required and invalid state, and error text that names the field
- Reduced motion preference honoured, and no auto rotating content anywhere on the site
- Light mode only, with contrast validated at build time rather than assumed

Known limitations
The map embed in the footer and on the contact page is a third party component. Its internal controls are outside our control. The full address and phone number are published as text next to it, and directions are available through the Open in Maps link, so no information is available only inside the map.
Where a limitation is identified that cannot be resolved immediately, it is recorded here rather than left undocumented.

If any part of this site prevents you from getting information or completing a request, contact info@ocrvcenter.com or call (714) 909-1844 and describe what happened and which page you were on. Reports are answered, and the underlying issue is fixed rather than worked around for the individual reporter.
