REQ Quote request

Request a Fleet Repair Quote

Send the unit class, what happened and photos, and estimating comes back with a written scope and a price band at the posted rates. Multi unit incidents submit as one request. Carrier, claim number and purchase order fields are on the form because that is how a commercial fleet actually buys repair.

Estimates are scheduled, not walk up. A systems estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, both credited as a line item against an authorized repair. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility.

    Estimating reviews the photos

We identify the likely scope, flag anything that will need teardown to confirm, and note parts with a known lead time.

You get a written scope and price band

Line items at the posted rates, a labor hour band, and the turnaround tier the job falls into. Enough to take to a budget owner.

FAQ Questions

Quote request questions

What do you need from me to quote a repair

The unit class, what happened, and photos of every damaged area plus one wide shot of the whole unit. If it is a claim, add the carrier and claim number. If you need a purchase order on the invoice, add it now so it appears on the written estimate rather than being added later.

Can I submit several damaged units at once

Yes. Set the unit count and paste the unit or VIN list into the field provided. A yard incident that damaged six vans goes in as one request rather than six, and comes back as one scheduling plan rather than six separate conversations.

How fast do you respond to a quote request

Estimating works requests in order during shop hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. If a unit is off the road right now, call the shop rather than waiting on the written reply, because a phone call jumps the queue.

Does the quote cost anything

A written price band from photos costs nothing to request. A formal estimate is scheduled: a systems estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, both credited as a line item against an authorized repair. Estimates are by appointment rather than walk up.

Do you accept purchase orders and net terms

Yes on an established fleet account. Tick the net terms box and include the purchase order number. New accounts usually start on the standard deposit schedule and move to net 30 after the first completed job clears.
