California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. The mechanism is published anyway so the right is exercisable.

The short answer
This site does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and it does not share personal information for cross context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Because the right exists regardless of whether we exercise the practice, the opt out mechanism is published here and the preference control is reachable from every page footer.

Global Privacy Control
Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as a valid opt out request and applied automatically. No further action is needed, and the signal is recorded so the choice can be demonstrated.

Submitting a request
To submit a request to know, correct, delete, or opt out, contact info@ocrvcenter.com or call (714) 909-1844. Include enough detail to locate the record, such as the company name and the email address used on a quote request.
Requests are answered within the statutory window. Verification may be requested before deletion is processed, so that a record is not removed by someone other than its subject. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.

What happens to job records
Records attached to a completed repair order are retained for the period required for business, tax and claim record keeping, and a deletion request does not remove records we are obliged to keep. Everything outside that obligation is removed.
