Layout comes off vehicle specific templates held on the account, so unit thirty matches unit one. Artwork files, print profiles, and marking lists stay on file between visits.

How long does a full fleet wrap program take?
Three to ten business days per unit for full coverage, and larger programs run as rolling schedules with an agreed number of units per week, so a Santa Ana fleet never loses more than a planned count from the board. The first two units set the real hour numbers and lock the artwork placement for everything that follows.
Do you remove old graphics before applying new ones?
Always, and it is a separate line on the estimate. New film over old leaves a raised edge that telegraphs through and an adhesive layer that stops the new film bonding. Removal also exposes the ultraviolet shadow left by the old artwork, which then has to be polished, refinished, or covered by the new layout.
Can a wrap go on a truck that was just repainted?
Not immediately. Fresh paint keeps releasing solvent for weeks, and film applied too early traps it, producing bubbles that appear days later and cannot be worked out. Thirty days after refinish is the working minimum, and longer is better on a full unit respray. We sequence paint and graphics work orders around that window.
What happens to the paint when a wrap is removed?
On sound paint, nothing. Film removed with heat at a low angle leaves the finish intact and usually in better condition than the unwrapped panels around it, since vinyl blocks ultraviolet. Where clear coat comes off with the film, that clear was already failing before the wrap went on, which is why we assess adhesion before quoting.
Do you apply conspicuity tape and identification markings?
We apply retroreflective sheeting and identification markings to the pattern and marking list the fleet supplies. This is application work only. We do not assess, document, or sign off on regulatory status for any unit. What a vehicle must display is determined by the operator and its safety staff, and we apply exactly what is specified.
How far is the shop from Santa Ana?
