Where is the shop located

What are your hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Drop offs are scheduled inside those windows so a driver is not sitting in the lot waiting for a bay to open.
Do you come to my yard
No. All work is performed at the Yorba Linda facility. Structural, refinish and equipment install work needs a frame rack, a downdraft booth and fixed lifting equipment, none of which travels. What we do instead is make the drop off predictable and stage multiple units so the fleet is not short on route coverage.
Can I get a same day answer on a damaged unit
Call during shop hours. A phone call with photos sent to the shop email usually gets a scope and a price band the same day. A form submission is worked in order and typically comes back within one business day.
Who should I contact about an existing job
Reply to the estimate thread or call the shop and give the unit number. Every job is tracked by unit number and purchase order, so the front counter can pull status without needing a name or a ticket reference.
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Scope covers body, paint, structural and equipment install work. Engine, drivetrain and inspection certification work is handled elsewhere. Recreational vehicles and motorcoaches are handled by the OCRV Center parent operation rather than here.
