Terms of Use
These terms govern use of fleetservicesocrv.com. They cover the accuracy of published pricing, what a submitted quote request is and is not, intellectual property in the site content, and limits of liability. A repair order is governed by its own written terms, not by this page.

About published pricing
Labor rates, material rates, parts markup tiers, deposit terms and per service price ranges are published so a fleet can budget. They describe the posted shop rates and typical bands, and they are current as of the effective date above.
A published range is not an offer and it is not a quote. The figure for a specific unit depends on damage extent, substrate, parts availability and finish, and it is established on a written estimate after teardown. Insurance billed work may be written at a carrier negotiated rate that differs from posted retail.

What a quote request is
Submitting the quote request form starts a conversation. It does not create a repair order, reserve a bay, or bind either party. Work begins only after a written scope is issued, authorization is given and any required deposit is received.
Information you submit should be accurate. A scope prepared from incomplete or inaccurate damage information will change once the unit is on site, and the written estimate governs.

Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to scrape at a rate that degrades service for others, or to submit content you do not have the right to submit.
Automated access for legitimate search and answer engine indexing is permitted and welcomed. The robots file and the llms file describe what is available and how it may be cited.

Intellectual property
Site copy, pricing tables, page structure and graphics are owned by the operator of this site. The published rate information may be quoted with attribution. Wholesale reproduction of the catalog or the pricing tables is not permitted.
Manufacturer names appearing on this site identify the chassis and equipment repaired. They do not indicate affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or membership in a manufacturer authorized network.

Limits of liability
This site is provided as is. While pricing and technical content are maintained carefully, no representation is made that every figure is current at the moment it is read. Reliance on published figures for a specific repair decision should be confirmed against a written estimate.
To the extent permitted by California law, liability arising from use of this website is limited. Nothing here limits obligations under a signed repair order or under applicable consumer protection law.
