When a quote request is submitted, the form collects the company name, contact name, email address, phone number, unit count, unit or vehicle identification numbers where supplied, fleet class, work needed, a written description, and optionally a carrier name, claim number and purchase order number.

The site also records standard technical information that any web server receives, including the requesting IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That information is used for security, rate limiting and aggregate traffic measurement.

Quote request information is used to prepare a written scope and price band, to schedule the work, to bill the job and to communicate about it. Carrier and claim references are used to bill the correct party and to attach documentation to the correct claim file.

Server logs are used to keep the site available and to block abuse. Analytics, where consent has been given, is used to understand which pages help fleet operators and which do not.

Quote requests are delivered to the shop by email through a transactional email provider. Where a job is billed to an insurance carrier, the scope and supporting documentation are shared with that carrier and its appraiser as part of the claim.

Personal information is not sold, and it is not shared for cross context behavioural advertising. Service providers that process information on our behalf are limited by contract to that purpose.

Quote requests that do not become jobs are retained for up to twenty four months so a returning fleet does not have to resubmit the same unit history. Records attached to a completed job are retained for the period required for business, tax and claim record keeping.

Server logs are retained for a rolling ninety day window. Analytics data retention follows the settings of the analytics platform in use.

California residents may request to know what personal information has been collected, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing. This site does not sell or share personal information, and a dedicated opt out page is published so the choice is available regardless.

Global Privacy Control signals are honoured automatically where the browser sends one. Requests are answered within the statutory window, and verification may be requested before a deletion is processed so a record is not removed by someone other than its subject.

Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate the site and cannot be switched off. Analytics and measurement load only after consent, and the preference is stored so the choice persists across visits.

The map embed on the contact page and in the footer loads from a third party and may set its own cookies once it is displayed. Consent choices can be changed at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
