BND Bundles

Bundled Fleet Service Offers

Six packages that group work commonly needed together and price it below booking each line separately. The saving is real rather than promotional: setup, masking, colour standard matching and teardown happen once across the bundle instead of once per line item.

Refleet Livery Bundle

The bundle a Santa Ana fleet needs when branding changes or when a contract ends and the old livery has to come off fast. Booked separately, removal and application are two visits with two setups and a correction step that usually gets skipped, which is why new vinyl over chalked paint lifts within a year. Done together in one visit, the correction happens while the panel is already bare and the new graphics land on a surface that will hold them.

Includes

  • Removal of existing vinyl graphics and adhesive residue
  • Paint correction on chalked or oxidized panels before new vinyl
  • New fleet graphics, door lettering and unit numbering
  • Reflective conspicuity tape replacement

About 18 percent against booking removal, correction and application as separate visits

Bundle

Post Incident Recovery Bundle

After an incident a fleet usually pays for the repair at one place, the calibration somewhere else and the detail at a third, with two transport legs in between. Bundling them means the calibration happens while the unit is already apart and the detail happens before the unit is staged for release, so the driver picks up a unit that looks like it did before the loss rather than one that looks repaired.

Includes

  • Collision repair to the approved scope, structural and panel
  • ADAS sensor calibration where a mounting point was disturbed
  • Refinish with fleet color matched to the recorded formula
  • Full interior and exterior detail before release
  • Photographed repair file for the claim record

About 15 percent against booking repair, calibration and detail separately

Bundle

Van Upfit Starter Bundle

For a fleet adding cargo vans, the four items in this bundle share the same interior teardown. Doing them on four separate visits means removing and reinstalling the same panels four times and paying for that labor every time. Built together, the first van becomes the written reference and every van after it is repeatable, which is what makes drivers interchangeable across a Santa Ana route board.

Includes

  • Shelving package installed to a written fleet specification
  • Bulkhead installation with cab passthrough where specified
  • Interior LED cargo lighting with switched power distribution
  • E-track or tie down ring installation at rated anchor points

About 20 percent against installing shelving, bulkhead, lighting and track on separate visits

Bundle

Trailer Readiness Bundle

Everything in this bundle is easiest to reach while a trailer floor is already open, and painfully expensive to reach afterward. Fleets that split these items across a year end up paying twice for the same access. Bundling them puts a trailer back in service with a floor rated for the forklift loading it actually sees, working lights and securement hardware that will pass a yard check.

Includes

  • Floor repair or section replacement with fresh fasteners
  • Crossmember inspection and replacement of cracked members
  • Full lighting, marker and wiring harness service
  • Tie down and load securement hardware replacement
  • Landing gear inspection and service while the floor is open

About 17 percent against scheduling floor, lighting and securement work in separate visits

Bundle

Fleet Color Standardization Bundle

Priced per unit on a minimum group, because the savings come from color changeover, masking and booth setup repeating without switching product between units. Fleets that repaint one unit at a time pay that setup every single time and still end up with three shades of the same color across the yard. A recorded formula also means the panel replaced two years from now matches instead of approximating.

Includes

  • Multi-unit repaint to a single recorded fleet formula
  • Panel correction and substrate preparation per unit
  • Formula recorded on file for future single-unit repairs
  • Unit numbering reapplied to the fleet placement standard

About 22 percent per unit against single-unit repaints booked one at a time

Bundle

Dock Damage Repair Bundle

Dock impacts almost never damage one thing. The corner post takes the hit, the rear frame moves, the roll door stops tracking because the header is no longer square, and the threshold plate has been wearing through since long before the incident. Fleets that repair only the visible item are back within months. This bundle addresses the rear structure as one assembly, which is how it was built.

Includes

  • Rear frame straightening or section replacement on the rack
  • Corner post repair or replacement, both sides as needed
  • Roll door repair, retracking and header alignment
  • Threshold plate and rear sill replacement

About 16 percent against repairing frame, posts and roll door as separate work orders

Bundle pricing is quoted against the published rate card on a written estimate, the same as any other work. The saving comes from performing the grouped work in one visit rather than from a discount that has to be recovered elsewhere.
