Makes We Service for Santa Ana Fleets
Makes we service covers body, paint, and structural repair on the commercial chassis brands that Santa Ana fleets actually run, from Class 8 conventional tractors through medium duty cab forward units and full size cargo vans. Each platform has its own cab construction, panel joining method, and parts reality.

Fleet body work is not generic. An aluminum riveted Class 8 cab, a galvanized steel medium duty cab, a monocoque cargo van, and an aluminum intensive electric delivery van are four different repair disciplines that happen to share a paint booth. Treating them the same is how a shop ends up cracking a composite hood, corroding a bonded seam, or heating high strength steel past the point where it still does its job.
These pages are organized by chassis platform for that reason. What matters on a long hood conventional is butterfly hood alignment and huck fastener work. What matters on a cab forward delivery unit is the joint between the cab and the mounted body. What matters on a cargo van is that there is no frame to pull against, so the whole shell has to be measured and corrected as a single structure.
A note on scope and naming. The brands listed here are chassis platforms that come through the shop for body, paint, structural, and equipment install work. They are not brand affiliations, authorizations, or endorsements. Fleet Services OCRV is an independent commercial body shop, and naming a manufacturer here describes what we repair, not who we represent.
Santa Ana fleets are the core of the work. Most units arrive from operators running distribution, contractor, municipal, and last mile routes across Orange County, and the shop sits about 17 miles out in Yorba Linda, roughly 22 to 35 minutes via SR-55 north to SR-91 east. Everything is done in house. Call (714) 909-1844 with a unit and a platform and we can scope it.

FAQ Questions
Makes We Service questions from fleet managers
Do you work on every commercial make or only certain ones?
Body, paint, and structural work is done across the commercial platforms Santa Ana fleets run, which is what these pages cover. If a unit is not represented by a page here, it does not mean we cannot repair it. Call the shop with the year, make, and body configuration and we will tell you plainly whether the platform is a fit for the scope we handle.
Are you an authorized service center for these manufacturers?
No. We are an independent commercial body shop. The manufacturers named across these pages are chassis platforms we perform body, paint, structural, and equipment install work on. Nothing here implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from any manufacturer. We work to published body repair procedures for each platform regardless.
Why does the make matter if it is just body work?
Because construction differs fundamentally. Aluminum cab panels need dedicated tooling and an isolated work area so steel particles do not embed and corrode them. High strength steel has heat limits and defined sectioning points. Unibody vans have no frame to pull against. Getting the platform wrong at the procedure level produces a repair that looks fine and fails structurally.
Can you handle a mixed fleet in one relationship?
Yes, and that is most of our fleet work. A typical Santa Ana operator runs some combination of cab forward delivery units, cargo vans, a few conventional tractors, and increasingly electric vans. All of it comes through the same shop, the same paint system, and the same written estimate format, so you are not managing four vendors for one fleet.
How does parts availability differ by platform?
Considerably. Common van panels and medium duty cab parts usually move fast. Class 8 composite hoods, chrome components, and aero fairings frequently carry longer lead times, and electric van specific panels can be slow. We check availability during write up rather than after teardown, so the schedule you get reflects real parts timing instead of an optimistic guess.
What kind of work is actually in scope here?
Body, paint, structural, and equipment install only. That covers cabs, panels, hoods, doors, frame straightening, mounted bodies, refinishing, glass, and upfit hardware across every platform listed. Mechanical service outside that boundary is handled elsewhere. Keeping the scope tight is exactly why the body and structural side gets done properly rather than as a side line.
